Aerial Video & Production Services
Five ways we put a camera in the air for Southwest Florida businesses — each one built to be used, not just admired.
One Crew, Every Angle
We handle the flight, the ground coverage, the audio and the edit. You get finished files you can publish the day they land.

Construction Progress Video
Recurring flights that turn a build into a documented story — from cleared lot to certificate of occupancy.
-
Monthly or milestone flights
Matched altitude and flight paths each visit, so the sequence cuts together cleanly at the end. -
Owner & lender reporting
Dated stills and a short cut you can attach to a draw request or a progress update. -
Site-safe operation
We work around active crews, cranes and deliveries without stopping your day. -
A finished handover film
At completion we assemble the whole build into one film worth putting at the top of your website.
Real Estate Photo & Video
Listings sell on context. We show the water access, the lot, the street and the walk to the beach in one continuous move.
-
Approach & reveal shots
The cinematic push-in that makes a property feel like a destination rather than an address. -
Lot lines and proximity
Elevated angles that answer “how close to the water?” before a buyer has to ask. -
Twilight options
Golden hour and blue hour flights for the hero image on a luxury listing. -
MLS-ready stills
High-resolution aerial photographs delivered alongside the video, correctly sized.

Commercial & Promotional Video
A 60–90 second brand film for the top of your homepage, your sales deck and your paid ads.
-
Aerial plus ground coverage
Drone establishes the scale; gimbal work on the ground covers the detail and the people. -
Scripted or documentary
We can work to your script, or shape the story from what we capture on the day. -
Licensed music and graphics
Cleared soundtrack, your logo, lower thirds and captions built in. -
Cut for every placement
One master edit plus 30-second, 15-second and vertical versions.
A Film for the Top of the Page
Two recent brand films — a Gulf-front lounge and a plumbing contractor. Same treatment, two very different businesses. Sound on.

Before & After Videos
The most persuasive asset a contractor can own. Same altitude, same path, same light — only the work has changed.
-
Logged flight paths
We record the exact coordinates and camera settings on the first visit and repeat them on the second. -
Split-screen and wipe edits
Delivered in the formats that perform: side-by-side for the web, wipe transition for social. -
Perfect for roofing, paving, stucco & pools
Any job where the transformation is only readable from above. -
Sales-deck ready
A library of before-and-afters is the fastest way to shorten a bidding conversation.

Same Altitude, Same Path
Shot vertical for the feed — the format the wipe was made for. Sound on.

Interviews & Work-Process Video
Put your owner, your crew or your happiest customer on camera — properly lit, properly miked, properly cut.
-
Broadcast-quality audio
Lavalier and shotgun mics. Nothing undoes a good video faster than bad sound. -
Owner and team intros
The “who you are hiring” video that converts an enquiry into a booked job. -
Customer testimonials
Filmed on site, at the finished work, where the credibility is highest. -
Work-process explainers
Show how a septic install, a pour or a stucco finish actually happens. It justifies your price.
On Camera, On Site
An owner walking a finished build, and a customer telling the story in her own words. Sound on.

Before You Book
Most edits are delivered within 72 hours of the flight. Larger multi-day commercial projects typically run five to seven business days. If you need something same-day for a deadline or a pitch, tell us up front — we can usually make it work.
Pricing depends on flight time, travel, how much ground coverage is involved and how many finished cuts you need. A single-property aerial package sits at the lower end; a full commercial production with interviews and multiple deliverables sits higher. Call 941-248-8311 or send the project details and you will get a fixed quote — never an hourly surprise.
Yes. We hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is the legal requirement for any commercial drone operation in the United States, and we carry liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your site if your GC or property manager requires one.
We monitor the forecast and will move the shoot rather than fly in conditions that produce poor footage. Rescheduling for weather never costs you anything. Florida afternoons being what they are, we usually plan for a morning window.
Yes. We check controlled airspace before every job and file for authorisation where it is needed — which matters near Sarasota-Bradenton International, St. Pete-Clearwater and Tampa International. That is part of the service, not an add-on.
Yes, on request. Raw files are large, so we deliver them on a shared drive link or a supplied hard drive. Many clients take the raws so their own team can cut additional versions later.
Two rounds of revisions come with every edit. In practice most projects are signed off on the first cut, because we agree the direction before the shoot rather than after it.
Regularly. We cover Venice, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Nokomis, Bird Key, Punta Gorda, Boca Grande, St. Petersburg and Tampa. Anything further along the Gulf Coast is worth asking about.
